job summary:
A Factory Project Engineering Manager is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Hager City, WI area. The position entails providing process engineering and project management support, including assisting in equipment selection, coordinating with vendors, developing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and food safety standards.

responsibilities:
Assist in developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Block Flows, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) as directed by the company.
Coordinate with vendors or identify Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) providers for equipment not selected by the company, including review meetings, status updates, and assistance during start-up, commissioning, and operator training.
Provide project management support under company direction, including support through the engineering phase and construction management.
Assist in developing or updating project schedules with associated milestones.
Coordinate with discipline engineers on OEM equipment status updates and deliveries.
Provide guidance and assistance in developing a capital budget.
Maintain and update Management of Change (MOC) process documentation for the project.
Prepare scope, schedule, and budget documentation for company Internal Funding Reviews.
Skills:
Proficiency in scheduling software (P6 or Project), cost reporting and trending through project management tools, and Microsoft Excel.
OSHA 10 or 30 certifications preferred.
Food Safety certification preferred.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited University.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
Industrial construction experience is a strong plus.
