As a RFIC Engineer at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by providing quality designs, analysis, verification, and documentation of packaged integrated circuits. This role will have a particular emphasis in tunable bandpass and band reject filters. Primary Responsibilities of this position include: Design high performance RF products; responsible for projects from start to finish Design for low loss, high linearity, EMI/EMC, reliability and thermal performance Direct design to accomplish cost, size, weight, power and manufacturability objectives Direct workflow of PCB designers to assure superior RF performance of layouts Champion new product thrusts and technologies Support sales and marketing closely in new product definition and development Develop performance validation methodology and production test/alignment processes Must have extensive knowledge of filter design methods Knowledge, skills and abilities strongly preferred include: Experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal ASIC design Experience in lumped and distributed RF/microwave design, supporting circuitry, evaluation of performance tradeoffs, and analysis at frequencies up to 26 GHz Knowledge of microelectronic fabrication 3D EM simulation experience Experience designing highly integrated RF modules (PIN switches, filters, etc.) is a plus Experience working with third-party foundry service providers is a plus Experience in design to cost and manufacturability objectives Requirements Include: Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) BSEE from an ABET accredited college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience required OR accredited MSEE and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent Experience with RF modeling and simulation software highly desired Antenna and switching experience are highly desired Experience with military environments and specifications highly desired Experience developing new technology and processes highly desired Proactive, responsive approach to projects and customer timelines Benefits Include: Annual incentive plan (bonus) Paid vacation and sick time Up to 10 paid holidays/year (based on schedule worked) 4 hours voluntary time off to volunteer for your favorite charity Health, dental, and vision insurance, subject to applicable premium deductions Short-term and long-term disability insurance - 100% company paid Other ancillary insurance options available 401(k) retirement account with matching MPG contributions & profit sharing (if applicable) Profit Sharing Plan - potential up to 3% of base salary Educational Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year Gym membership reimbursement up to $120 per year Work Arrangement : Onsite Salary Range : - We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not lim
