Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

What’s a typical day as a Janitor? You’ll be:

• Performing general cleanup of all areas of the site

• Removing trash daily and completing non-routine cleaning tasks

• Ensuring buildings and rooms are maintained, fully equipped, and stocked

• Washing and waxing floors

• Demonstrating basic computer knowledge, including email usage

• Completing required site training in a timely manner

• Being proficient with site tools

• Being able to lift up to 50lbs and climb stairs

• Adhering to EH&S practices and using proper PPE

• Following a special detailed sanitizing plan due to Covid

• Willing to work occasional weekends if needed and having flexible working hours

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school education

• Possess general knowledge of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and floor wax

• Have effective team member skills and can work both with other functions and independently

• Have good verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate prioritization and organization skills

• Possess problem-solving, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills

• Are a self-starter and persistent

• Can work under minimal supervision

• Have strong attention to detail
