This Strategic Planning Analyst provides leadership and coordination in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the State Health Assessment and State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP). Works closely with leadership in the Public Health and Safety Division, other Divisions throughout DPHHS, and external partners to plan for collective action towards improving population health. Communicates directly with partners and stakeholders to support system improvements and build capacity to accomplish shared goals.
