Robert Half Accounts Receivable Analyst in Hobart, Indiana

Description A Robert Half client located in Northwest Indiana is immediately seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will work fully on-site and report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for analysis, reconciling accounts, working with other departments, and other duties as assigned.

To be successful in the role, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will need at least two years of accounts receivable, accounting, and/or analytical experience. Strong communication skills are required for this role as well. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will also need to possess strong systems skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel. SAP and Power BI experience are both preferred. A Bachelor's Degree is very strongly preferred.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections

• Familiar with Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI

• Experience with SAP software

• Demonstrated ability in Analysis

• Prior experience in the steel manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
