Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role involves overseeing the accounting functions of our organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. You will be managing a team of accountants, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization's general ledger, tracking assets, liabilities, expenses, and revenues.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and financial reporting.

• Assist internal and/or external auditors with periodic auditing of the organization's financial records and statements.

• Reconcile and adjust balance sheet accounts including Due to Due Forms and Intercompany.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles, including providing input on the design and application of new policies and processes.

• Guide other accountant levels by reviewing completed adjusting entries and trend reports.

• Oversee and track the progress and timeliness of month-end close activities.

• Manage Accounting Supervisors, assist in the training and development of accounting staff.

• Utilize skills such as Acquisitions, Acquisition Integration, Consolidated Balance Sheet, Prepare Balance Sheets, Reconcile Balance Sheet Account, Monthly Balance Sheet, Balance Sheets, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Treasury, Consolidations, Supervisory management, NetSuite, Financial Statements Consolidation, Monthly Financial Statements. Requirements • Must have a firm understanding of Acquisitions and Acquisition Integration

• Proficiency in handling Consolidated Balance Sheet and Prepare Balance Sheets

• Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation and manage Monthly Balance Sheet

• Proficient in Treasury and Consolidations

• Experience in Supervisory management is essential

• Familiarity with NetSuite software is required

• Must have experience in Financial Statements Consolidation and Monthly Financial Statements

• Ability to Reconcile Balance Sheet Account

• Knowledge of Balance Sheets is necessary
