Position Overview/ JobSummary - Hyderabad

Full Stack Developer,

primarily focused on .NET development + React JS . Work as a Development Engineer to

develop new features and reports. Design solutions for customer requirements

(functional and technical)

In this role you will.....

• Play a key role in thedevelopment of new features for various clients following the designguidelines

• Play a key role inUpgrading custom artefacts to latest versions; Designing Reports; SolutioningScripting requests

• Play a key role inproviding solutions regarding performance-based escalation

• Play a key role inanalysing the customer requirements and providing solutions that arefollowing the guidelines of the

• product in at least one project type(Productization / Customization / Scripting / Reporting / Upgrades)

• Capturing lessons learntfrom the projects and share the best practices with the architects to enhancethe process to ensure the lessons are applied

• Provide design andsolutions which meet all the quality, performance and security guidelines ofthe product and ensures existing features do not regress

• Provide technical andfunctional guidance to the team where needed

• Provide high quality code

• Provide quality feedbackduring code review

• Provide timely bug fixesas applicable to respective customer need

• Unit test the codethoroughly, using automated unit testing tools

• Document the changes madeComprehensively

• Deliver the work incommitted time with good quality

• Support in Customer UATtill Go-Live

• Participate in agiledevelopment process, techniques, and technology

• Collaborate with otherengineers to design web pages, database objects etc., do code reviews andbrainstorm solutions

• Collaborate within aproject team to optimize performance of complex software systems.Troubleshoot and resolve problems.

• Collaborate with QA teamto coordinate testing strategies and implementation

• Collaborate with PSConsulting to coordinate scope and implementation; PS Consulting could be inany timezone based on the customer location

• Collaborate with theCustomer for supporting the developed feature / change demonstrations

• Collaborate with Cloudoperations, customer support, quality assurance and others, as needed

You've Got what it takes....

• Bachelors or master’s incomputer science or a related field.

• 5+ years of enterprisesoftware development experience in Microsoft technology stack including butnot limited to .NET framework, React JS, Angular JS, Sql Server, MVC

• Strong analytical skillsand object-orientated design capabilities

• Strong leadership skillsand mentoring abilities

• Good troubleshootingskills

• Able to thrive in a fastpaced, high energy and fun agile work environment and deliver valueincrementally and frequently

• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills and ability to maintain good workingrelationships

• Innovative, resourceful,passionate about creating high-quality, high performance and highly availablesoftware

• Enthusiastic in providinglogical solutions
