Amazon Sr. Specialist Lead, Account Health Support in Hyderabad, India

Description

Sr. Account Health Sr. Specialist Leads utilize extensive knowledge, experience, and judgment to provide operational support to Specialist, Ops Managers and Sellers. They handle Seller escalations, assist Operations with supplemental Specialist coaching focused on specific behaviors for improvement, and assistance Specialists with real time needs. They diagnose technical and operational issues and propose solutions to improve the Seller experience, and operational performance.

Key job responsibilities

Own unde rperformers and conducts 1:1 coaching. Ensuring the specialist understands how to meet performance standards.

Insist on the high standards around performance, behaviors and Seller experience in the team.

Provides direction to others regarding adherence, and lobby management guidelines.

Uses data and analytics to make day-to- day business decisions and achieve results.

Mange performance and behavioral issues through performance management.

A day in the life

Identifies day-today operational problems and suggests tactical solutions.

Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter function decisions.

Influence is primarily within the Classification Specialist organization. Will mentor and develop specialists.

Will be active in the training and/or development of specialists.

Identifies gaps and drives improvement / optimization initiatives that work toward a metric improvement within processes/functions at site level.

Demonstrates the ability to dive deep into a problem, performs ‘root cause analysis,’ and identifies constraints to recommend a solution.

Basic Qualifications

AHS Sr. Specialist (L4) with At least 18 months of AHS process experience.

Business proficient fluency in both written and verbal English language.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment.

Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrates ability to analyze data, using the data to drive decision making.

Fosters a positive team environment and collaboration within the site.

Easily approachable, cooperative, and a team player, easily gains the trust and support of Associates and peers.

Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.

Prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.

Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.

Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.

Demonstrates good communication, composure, and professional attitude.
