Description

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for executing the hiringstrategies pertaining to recruitment in Xuzhou and Qingdao. This person willpartner with business units to ensure the timely filling of positions throughexcellent sourcing, candidate pipeline building and communications with hiringmanagers, recruitment staff and candidates when necessary. In addition, theRecruiting Manager will lead initiatives and utilize recruitment best practicesto ensure compliance with global recruiting team.

Responsibilities

  • Createand lead recruitment initiatives and strategies to fulfil Core Industries Chinahiring requirement.

  • Managethe recruitment team to specific KPI metrics focused on recruitment.

  • Createan excellent candidate and hiring manager experience as it pertains to therecruiting process.

  • Maintainregular contact with all recruitment stakeholders to be familiar with andadvise on workforce planning and other recruitment/talent acquisitioninitiatives.

  • Maintainsound customer relationship

  • Managetechnical school relationship, outside vendors assisting with sourcing, 3rdparty recruitment or other vendor relationships pertaining to recruitment.

  • Leadthe sourcing efforts to set up talent pipeline, execute recruiting processexcellence to meet business needs and expectations.

  • Leadrecruiting project to get continuous improvement

  • Support campus recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’sdegree, 5 years or above experience in HR area.

  • Goodcommand of English both oral and written, proficient PC skills, especiallyExcel, PPT.

  • Excellentinterpersonal communication, customer focus and organisation skills.

  • Goodpresentation and communication skills.

Desired

  • 5years or above experience in recruiting area

  • Proventeam leadership and people management competencies, also of remote teams acrossmultiple sites.

  • Excellentsupervisory and management experience in the recruitment field.

  • Proficiencywith recruitment metrics and understanding how to interpret key metrics forprocess improvement and personnel management.
