As a temporary contractor, you’ll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manages most of our temporary contract hiring. You will not be employed by Diageo.

Duties

· Project Athena has a requirement to modify PDF documents into word documents using the tool Adobe Pro. We have circa 1500+ documents to transpose into word and then check formatting in word.

· Read, manage and edit where necessary in MS WORD, PPT and Excel formats

· Work in ServiceNow system to upload content articles

· Enter key information for each article based on spreadsheet data

· Proof-read and format articles where required

Looking for is someone who knows word and can check formatting – as the documents may be in different languages we are not expecting the resource to check language content. Also no experience of Adobe pro is required, as we can quickly train the resource how this is completed
