JOB SUMMARY: Carry out the activities necessary toprovide credit to customers with acceptable limits of risk to the company.Negotiate financial transactions of moderatecomplexity,and prepare transactions for documentation and funding within limitsof authority, and assisting in the administration of wholesale and retailcustomer "loan" covenant compliance reviews, including on-site recordand physical machine/inventory audits.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Negotiates complex financialtransactions and prepares transactions for documentation and funding withinlimits of authority.Negotiates changesin standard documents with legal assistance.Assists in administration of wholesale and retail customer "loan"covenant compliance reviews, including on-site record and physicalmachine/inventory audits.
Determines CFSC customer creditworthiness, approves/rejects CFSC customer deals within approved creditauthority, recommends deals beyond credit authority, and restructures customerdeals.Conducts and monitors creditinvestigations.Assists in leading thedocumentation of retail accounts receivable and administers in-processing,signing, and funding of documented transactions.Assists in managing accounting input andaudits booked deals for accuracy.Mayprovide training for employees in the areas of credit, documentation, andin-processing.
Participates in accomplishment ofcontinuous improvement objectives for the department.Progress toward accomplishment of these ismeasured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associateddata.Participates in the identificationof problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.

Ability toprepare marketing reports and marketing related statistical reports.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A 4-year university degree orequivalent diploma and a minimum of 2 years exempt experience in credit,collections, marketing and/or financial statement analysis is recommended.Equivalent experience may be substituted foreducation.
