As a temporary contractor, you’ll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manages most of our temporary contract hiring. You will not be employed by Diageo.

Duties

Vendor Management-

· Manage Vendor Creation / On Boarding / Data Maintainence to ensure complete compliance & necessary updates as per protocols

· Collecting all relevant documents from Vendor + RM & uploading it in Newgen

· Uploading KYBP/CARS/CLMT/Vendor form changes on New gen and following up with relevant resources in DBSI for completion of process

PO's & Payments

· Co ordinate with Vendors & Internal team to ensure PO's are raised ahead of Activity & in line with contracts / estimates

· Check Estimate terms of payments & align Brand team + Vendor on payment schedule before PO is raised. Processing of Advance payments to vendor by working with back-end.

· Keeping a track of invoices submitted by vendor and be the Spoc for Popular & Prestige for all Invoice/PO related queries/payment with vendors/agencies

· IO code balance reporting as per brand for budget management

Supporting Brand team on NewGen

· Overall Support the Brand team with subject matter expertise on in all Newgen related queries

· Work Closely with Finance & brand team as support function to solve any budget upload/advance payment related queries

· Support the brand team in Newgen payment status changes for vendors during specific projects

GWP Execution

Co ordinate with Pack/glass Vendors to raise PO from Units & ensure dispatches (Multiple Shipments of the same Order ) as per agreed timelines.
