Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • ProvideDeskside support for technology-related services requests on Lenovo owned PC assets and associated peripherals, includingPC deployment, software support, data wipe.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system issues.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support onboarding & offboarding, IT security activity, business compliance and audits, IT asset management,audio visual / video conference,business event / activity(e.g.Kickoff, All-hands meeting).

  • Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as solution assessment and user communciation.

  • Provide onsite presence support and run local business engagement.

  • Administrate local IT vendor and take care of yearly operation contract renew.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity, stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology.

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ Years' experience in IT system operation orClient Technical Support roles.

  • Fluent English skills (Chinese skills are not required but a nice to have).

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in various IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Project management skills to successfully plan, execute, and monitor IT projects.

  • Knowledge of IT best practices and industry standards.

  • Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and learn new technologies quickly.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
