Job duties:

Answer phones calls and respond to all emails. Must have up to date information on all projects and correspond to potential new clients. Must take accurate and comprehensive notes at all meeting. Help with daily management tasks such as, run errands, book and plan all travels, and housing accommodations. Assist with all daily management requests from owner and colleagues. Conduct and prepare any research useful for the benefit of current and future projects. Work with owner and provide one to one support. Make are all future projects are run in confidentiality. Support various business needs, upon request. Possess strong written and verbal skills. Must prioritize work according to the most pressing need. Must possess strong multitask skills.
