Job Summary

ACCO Brands is seeking a Content Center of Excellence Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will provide support for the creative teams by managing content (assets) across internal systems and assisting with project intake and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage digital images and assets (including videos and PDFs) to ACCO Brands content management systems.

  • Works cross functionally with art directors and designers to identify gaps in process and implement changes. Makes recommendations as needed on file structure and naming convention for content management systems.

  • Ensures efficient workflows for asset management and identifies opportunities for improvement.

  • Contributes to content management governance processes, documentation and training.

  • Supports brief intake process and helps manage projects across own team and with cross functional stakeholders. Responsible for supporting scheduler and creative team with cross functional communication.

  • Stays abreast of current projects and self manages completion and reporting on assigned projects.

  • Regularly maintains and updates internal project management tool. Responsible for creating reports on a regular cadence to communicate progress of own work to teammates and cross functional stakeholders. Takes on additional reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Communications or related field

  • Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, project management and/or content management.

  • Makes decisions and resolves challenges/questions with little information.

  • Collaboration across Marketing and with internal cross functional partners (product marketers, brand, creative, content, channel and sales partners).

  • Critical thinker who can pivot and provide solutions based on situation and capabilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level preferred).

  • Project coordination skills, including the ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects.

  • Oral and written communications skills with the ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
