Tasks:

• Conducting detailed supplier audits and developing action plans to address quality issues

• Actively lead and organize supplier conferences to promote collaboration and continuous improvement

• Responsible for the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) within the supply chain, including the creation of process flow diagrams and FMEA analysis

• Provide training and consulting services to suppliers on quality methodologies such as APQP, RCCA and Lean principles

• Creating and managing supplier scorecards to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

• Ensuring compliance with requirements from development processes and relevant aerospace regulations

• Work closely with other departments to coordinate corrective actions and ensure quality issues are resolved effectively

• Identifying process weaknesses and developing measures for continuous improvement

• Assist in the development of process improvements and descriptions in accordance with EN9100 and other applicable aerospace industry standards and guidelines

• Provide expertise and support to other departments, such as MRB, Production and Quality Clinic, as required

Profile:

• Completed studies or comparable training with a focus on engineering or quality management

• Professional experience in supplier quality, ideally in the automotive or aerospace industry

• Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and developing quality improvement measures

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quality methodologies such as APQP, RCCA and Lean principles

• Certification as EN9100 Lead Auditor an advantage

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal

• Willingness to occasionally travel to supplier sites

Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Prozessverbesserungen und -beschreibungen gemäß EN9100 und anderen geltenden Normen und Richtlinien in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie

• Bereitstellung von Fachwissen und Unterstützung für andere Abteilungen, wie MRB, Produktion und Quality Clinic, bei Bedarf

Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Qualitätsmanagement

• Berufserfahrung in der Lieferantenqualität, idealerweise in der Automobil- oder Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits und Entwicklung von Qualitätsverbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse von Qualitätsmethoden wie APQP, RCCA und Lean-Prinzipien

• Zertifizierung als EN9100 Lead Auditor von Vorteil

• Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen zu Lieferantenstandorten
