Job Number: 492992 Job Title: Adjunct Instructor - Manufacturing Engineering Technology-Machining (METM) Opening date: Jun 2, 2023 8:00am Closing date: Summary: Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division seeks an Adjunct Instructor for its Manufacturing Engineering Technology - Machining program. This faculty member will teach courses in Manufacturing Engineering Technologies (MET) consistent with the evolving state of the discipline and accepted trends in teaching methods. This position requires a specific Quality and Metrology background in the manufacturing field. Additional skillsets in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and metallurgy and heat treatment are also desired. Ideal candidates would have a strong knowledge base in quality control and metrology as well as proficient operation of coordinate measuring machines and other metrological equipment.
