Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst, Corporate Accounting Location: Latrobe, PA (hybrid)

Job Summary and Mission:

To provide support for the financial consolidation and internal reporting for the company, including the production and review of financial statements. Will be responsible for accounting for complex areas and providing analytical support to finance controllers, directors, and upper management.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Assist with the successful execution of the monthly close and consolidation process, financial reporting (both internal and external), budgeting and forecasting Prepare and/or review all general ledger entries under responsibility Assist in accurate and timely production and review of financial statements and financial reports/analyses Prepare standard reports and analysis and assist in more complex analysis, as required, to develop recommendations in support of achieving business objectives Assist in financial projects, taking projects from start to completion with minimal oversight, and assist with internal and external audits Ensure compliance with all financial policies, closing schedules, and budget and forecast deliverables Report and reconcile the accounting processes for critical and complex transaction areas - includes accounting research and implementation support. Operate systems and use technology within learned field. Must be comfortable working with strict closing deadlines Interaction with various departments and levels within the organization, including individuals in overseas locations

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; CPA, CMA, or MBA being preferred 3-5 years' experience in a professional environment, preferably in manufacturing Strong Excel skills Strong communication skills Ability to understand U.S. GAAP and account for complex accounting transactions Proficient in researching accounting issues and problem solving Experience in SAP or OneStream is preferred, but not required
