Job Duties and Responsibilities

DISH Wireless is actively seeking a Product Designer with a well-rounded skill set to take ownership of diverse projects and drive them to successful completion. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in various aspects, including UX research, user testing, visual design, web and mobile app design, as well as presentation and marketing design. We're looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and execute tasks with confidence. Key Responsibilities

  • UX/UI Product Design, including user research, user journeys, wireframing, user testing, and visual design

  • Marketing Design, including emails, social media content, and presentation design

  • Branding Design, including color theory, typography, and iconography sets

  • Willingness to learn and work outside your comfort zone

  • Presenting designs to the internal design team for feedback and approval

  • Following design guidelines, and stylesheets, and interpreting feedback into actionable design changes

  • Refining designs based on feedback from design leadership and stakeholders

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

  • Degree in Product Design, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or relevant professional experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Sketch, Figma, and Adobe CC

  • Detail-oriented with wireframing and visual skills

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (no coding experience needed)

  • Proficient in iOS and Android design languages

  • Able to work in a quick-paced, ever-changing environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Print design experience

  • Motion design experience

  • Interest and/or experience in video editing

  • HTML and C++ coding experience

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
