In HR, you will partner with your various leaders to deliver business and organizational priorities; through engagement, transformation and operations.
Responsibilities of the role
Preparing personnel documentation/ inputs (new hires contracts, annexes, medical check-ups)
Managing personal files
Cooperating on daily basis with Team Managers/ HR Team and being business support in the field of labor law, solutions and HR tools
Update data in Time & Attendance system
Respond to employee queries regarding absences, personal details changes, benefits etc.
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of the monthly employee’s data
Preparing inputs & cooperating with payroll provider
Preparing various reports, analysis and statements related to HR administration
Handling and using HR tools, resources and technologies in order to build the path towards embracing organizational strategies while being an employee champion.
Supporting Site Human Resource Systems and Processes to ensure that the needs of the business and employees are met.
Providing powerful controls support in the end-to-end operations of HR processes..

Job Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role/ scope, preferable in global organization
Be able to use HR systems, databases & spreadsheets
Workday knowledge (nice to have)
Strong operational field – able to effectively handle time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and complete necessary activities, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy
Collaboration skills – able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
Ability to develop technical deep understanding in complex processes and technical applications used in P&G operations
Proficient English
MS Office working knowledge
