Core Responsibilities

Support the Market Lead working across key strategic markets in Europe, ensuring that we deliver excellence in partner relationship management, revenue growth management, annual business planning cycles, and ultimately performance.

  • Work directly with the partner to focus on enhanced business outcomes – through increased pipeline conversion, and the success of campaign execution, driving increased sell out and mutual business success.

  • Drive a LE-partner management approach that is able to show clear roles and responsibilities, enhanced transparency and accountabilities, and a focus on the targets.

  • Document and support annual sales cycle through CRM tools with monthly demand plan meetings with partners to ensure transparency and adequate portfolio support.

  • Document annual partner lifecycle via CRM: Annual business plans, process and submission of monthly forecasts, process and document annual incentive scores, annual contract renewals and budgeting.

  • Support partners with training, key events and workshops to ensure portfolio adoption and sell-out is successful.

  • Support online sales demos, presentations, and trainings.

  • Read, forecast and monitor sales and expenditure to ensure value is retained and budgets are balanced.

  • Use, leverage and look to improve the tools used across the LEI partner business, and drive quality through high standards and strong results.

  • Monitor internal and competitor activities and can advise plans with best practise ideas to improve outcomes

The Account Executive will work within a team that is driving business growth in our focus markets, improving the potential of the LE portfolio in reaching more classrooms and their teachers and students. This role demands a commitment to excellence in channel-management, and a strong growth mindset to challenge existing norms and push for excellence.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in sales environment, where you can show a solid understanding of the sales and customer cycle

  • Attention to detail and data is essential, in support of ambition and tenacity

  • Solid digital skills, with proven experience in CRM and sales tools

  • Skilled at reading and analyzing data, recommending approaches that deliver enhanced outcomes.

  • Ability to show and model critical thinking; be choiceful in your decisions and recommendations

  • Curiosity and humility – a passion for learning, improving, and building stronger capabilities in yourself and those around you.

  • Being able to talk German, Spanish and/or Italian is an advantage

  • Ability to travel every 6 weeks. Could be domestic or Europe

  • International experience is a plus
