We're looking for the best talent to play a pivotal role in guiding the success of our global brands. We don’t require a Finance, Accounting or Economics background. We believe anyone, regardless of background, can make brilliant and impactful Finance Managers.

We have roles based in our UK head office in Weybridge, Surrey and our London Plant in West Thurrock, both easily commutable from London, as well as positions in Harrogate and Newcastle. Please do express your preference and we can do our best to work to it.

What You Will Gain:

  • Enrolment into Vision – in your first two years with us will be enrolled into our Vision group. The purpose of this group is to connect new hires across our commercial UK sites, by building their capability and organising fun events throughout the year!

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

  • University undergraduates/graduates who have completed a degree, or those will complete their degree by summer 2024. We accept applicants from any discipline who have a passion for Finance. We also are interested in recent graduates who perhaps want to explore a different career path to the one they’re currently in.

  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you!

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.
