If you’re interested in using cutting-edge technology to improve the standard of care in surgery on a global scale, this could be the place for you.

● Research and implement new technologies and techniques to help support various parts of the testing process, including both functional and non-functional.

● Identify, design, and deliver bespoke tooling to drive efficiency and engineering productivity.

● Ensure the tooling and infrastructure have monitoring built-in so that the team can measure the results against our quality goals and highlight risks and impediments.

● Contribute to continuous improvement and proactively support knowledge sharing across the entire team.

● Clearly communicate and showcase new tooling features and changes.

● Keep track of tasks being worked on and make them visible to people outside their team.

● Offers helpful suggestions when planning and estimating work packages.

● Able to deliver and maintain test infrastructure in line with our product development sprints.
