Summary

The Senior Account Manager actively collaborates with the larger team on brand experience activities for one or more accounts. Manages overall client experience with a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives. Responsible for mid-range account work as assigned.

This position will support our EMEA Creative and Production teams. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office one day a week (typically Wednesdays) at our London location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple accounts with a focus on establishing long standing relationships and organic growth amongst clients.

  • Manges the delivery and quality control of client events.

  • Takes briefs and leads the agency response in collaboration with our creative, finance and production teams.

  • Arranges client meetings and build relationships.

  • Develops good working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Identifies potential obstacles and works with senior team to ensure back-up plans and resolutions are in place.

  • Works with leadership to identify resources (roles & responsibilities) needed and works with key partners i.e. external suppliers.

  • Successfully engages across Freeman enterprise.

  • Leads RFP opportunities in assigned accounts.

  • Maintains and enhances all organizational process, i.e. pipeline reports.

  • Focuses on KPI and targets for client delivery and growth.

  • Responsible for quality control and highest possible output for all deliverables from all departments.

  • Collaborates with larger team on specific assignments and tasks as directed.

  • Manages specific project tracking and pipeline reports.

Education & Experience

  • Event Agency experience preferred.

  • Financial and reporting acumen required.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to multitask priorities.

  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
