Responsibilities: * Rapid response to customer inquiries via internet and phone. * Project a friendly, helpful demeanor while communicating with guests. * Work in coordination with the BDC staff in a team-oriented setting, the goal is 100% customer satisfaction. * Processing both in-bound and out-bound phone calls to distribute information effectively. * Partner with BDC management/Sales Management as required to meet customer expectations Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills * Working knowledge of Excel * Self-motivated * Team-oriented * Prior experience preferred, not required.
