Senior Logistics Engineer, Arvato USA LLC, Louisville, KY. Collaborate with operations leadership to build and design warehouse structures using AutoCAD. Coordinate with IT SAP Super Users on system setups, work with procurement on vendor management to implement power, data, HVAC and security requirements per customer and Arvato specifications and standards. Coordinate warehouse infrastructure with facilities and maintenance personnel, including conveyor system layouts, control schema, and development of mechanical manuals, preventative maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting guides for maintenance team to ensure max uptime for automation systems. Communicate with account teams to incorporate client specific needs into solutions that meet customers’ evolving needs. Requirements: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related and 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or related. 3 years experience in the following: Access; SQL; Visual Basic; AutoCAD; PowerBI; PowerApps; Power Automate; TPS Methodologies; and WCS/WMS Systems and automation control schema. 1 year of project management experience required. 5% travel to Arvato offices in California and Tennessee.
