WHEDA is seeking a Program Specialist to join our Single Family Loan Operations and Capital Markets team in our Madison facility. SALARY: Hiring Range for this position is from \$20.84 to \$24.24 Hourly. Offered wage will be based on qualifications and internal pay equity. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Program Specialist position in Loan Operations and Capital Markets is responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications and loan documentation within compliance with WHEDA, investor and regulatory requirements. This position may also process interest rate lock requests and funding requests from lending partners. Competency in one or more of the following specialties: Package Entry, Lockdesk and funding and/or post-closing processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Package Entry: Review and process single family loan applications including data entry to prepare loan files for underwriting or purchase review; including splitting and indexing loan documentation related to borrower\'s income, assets, credit, collateral, and regulatory disclosures. Lockdesk and Funding: Process rate lock requests and loan funding requests from our lending partners. Preform pipeline management functions by following up with lending partners to obtain updated loan status information. Process and review original Notes, upon receipt.
