Responsibilities:

Included but not limited to:

• Plan, direct, manage, and oversee assigned design and construction projects.

• Ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within set schedule and budget parameters.

Qualifications:

• Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Architecture, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in vertical construction and related industries.

• Project Management skills are required .

• Willingness to be assigned in Davao.

• Previous experience as Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• Available to start immediately .
