Join our team at PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. as we search for talented Conformal Coating Operators for direct hire in Maple Grove, MN.

You will operate hand spray and PVA machines to apply conformal coat or silicone coating on electronic assemblies. Your tasks will include masking parts, following blueprints and work instructions, and performing touch-ups and reviews to ensure high-quality coatings. Additionally, you'll be responsible for potting requirements for electronic assemblies.

JOB DUTIES:

• Precisely mask parts according to blueprint dimensions and apply conformal coat or silicone material, either by hand or using a PVA machine.

• Conduct inspections and touch-ups to ensure coatings meet specifications.

• Apply coatings by hand on flex assemblies and perform potting processes using Asymtec equipment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

We're looking for candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of similar manufacturing experience. You should be able to read blueprints and process sheets, and IPC-610 Certification is required. The role involves working with chemicals and wearing a respirator, so you must be comfortable with these tasks. Visual exams are also required.
