Landscaping by J. Michael, located in Marshfield, MA, is seeking a Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail oriented, and posses excellent communication skills.   

Job Summary

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for organizing the day-to-day labor including equipment and materials for assigned jobsite. 

Essential Functions

• Supervise and participate in daily landscape installation and/or removal activity at jobsite

• Monitor jobsite for compliance with all company safety policies 

• Communicate with Project Manager and/or Operations Manager as needed 

• Accurately prepare daily and weekly foreman logs 

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years experience in landscape installations; ability to ID plant species and varieties a plus.

• Valid Driver's License required; CDL preferred.

• 2A/1C MA Hoisting License a plus

• Experience reading, interpreting, and implementing blueprints.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills; computer proficiency .
