Job Description

A large manufacturing client in Maryville, TN is looking for an Engineering Technician to join their team to help rebuild their control documentation from the ground up. As an Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for gathering jig and tool numbers, machine information, machine limits, process settings, and other relevant data for the control plan. You will also make some of the detail process changes as instructed by the engineers and enter the missing information into the system and ensure accuracy and completeness. You will communicate effectively with the engineers and other team members and follow the best practices and standards of quality and safety. This role will work closely with the line engineer and line manager to perform the duties necessary for the engineer to build out the control plan.
