EOI Systems Engineer - C4I

The Role

This is an EOI only.

KBR are seeking expressions of interest to assist the delivery of the LAND 121 Phase 4 project in our Land Vehicle Systems Branch ( LV SB) Integrated Work Package (IWP) for Defence . Working on technical aspects of the project , as well as some people management and team leadership responsibilities in certain roles, each role will act as a main point of contact with the client. A focus on building relationships, managing KBR’s partnerships and maintaining client satisfaction will be key to these roles, with a view to maximising business opportunities within the agreed operating structure.

Additionally these roles will have responsibility for budgeting and cost management of the project , as well as risk management, reporting, governance and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

• E xperience in management of deliverables-based projects

• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated experience within Defence and/or Defence Industry

• A background in engineering with relevant qualification(s)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Professional project management qualifications highly desirable

• Experience in Verification and Validation (V&V) planning and test execution (Desirable)

• Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA clearance or the ability to obtain one
