Job DescriptionAlways Compassionate Home Care is a licensed Home Health Care Agency which provides the highest quality of community home-based services, combined with exceptional compassion and innovation to enhance each patient’s quality of life.Overview: Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Clinical Recruiter who has knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry hiring for multiple disciplines. This role would be best filled by a person who is well versed in full cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring qualified employees.Recruiters are a key component to the success that Always Compassionate Home Care (ACHC) has.Qualifications:The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of recruiting qualified RN’s, LPN’s and Therapist ( ST, PT, OT) for employment within a home setting and School setting.Must have experience in high-volume sourcing, candidate management, and community-based recruitment.In-depth understanding of healthcare and the range of nursing specialtiesBachelor’s degree preferred.Experienced with Microsoft Office 365-excel, Workday, UltiPro a plus.Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.Professional communication and organization skillsHigh level of attention to detailReliable, organized, and able to work independently.Responsibilities:This role’s primary responsibility makes it possible to find qualified RNs, LPNs and Allied Health whose duties in the field make it possible to fill current contracts ACHC has throughout New York state. This role will partner with the company’s leaders to enable business growth by adding recruits and identifying new avenues to assist in bringing in the sheer volume of healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs.Develop job specifications based upon new and current business needsPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boardsSource candidates by using databases, social media etc.Screen candidates resumes and job applicationsRecruit applicants for multiple disciplinesConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection processesAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, aptitudes, and skill setsOnboard new hire for them to become fully integratedAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hireSalary: $65,000 - $70,000 + Compensation Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pmWork Location: Melville, NY 11747Physical Requirements: Required to sit, stand, walk, and use communication skills by phone or in person.

Minimum Salary: 65000 Maximum Salary: 70000 Salary Unit: Yearly
