Job Description

This position supports plant operations by providing technical assistance and conducts tests to determine quality of raw materials and finish products in order to assure in-spec products.

Duties of Job:

• Perform testing of in process materials and finished products

• Enter records into the quality database

• Inventory of laboratory supplies

• Construct Certificates of Analysis (CofA) for customers

• Review and approve all incoming raw material certificate of analyses

• Maintain third party certifications and audits

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of one to three years experience in a laboratory environment and quality measurement systems

• Possess good verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills

• Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office products

• Ability to perform work independently and with minimal supervision

• Ability to work flexible hours and to travel when required
