Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager, Production Network Responsibilities:

  1. Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.

  2. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure ontime delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.

  3. Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and postimplementation phases of the projects assigned.

  4. Perform risk management and change management on projects.

  5. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.

  6. Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

  7. Interface with Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope.

  8. Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.

  9. Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop execution plan.

  10. Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.

  11. Write code and develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the company’s large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations.

  12. Apply expertise in information technology and software engineering during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of technical projects.

  13. Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and convert them to technical requirements, managing prioritization with the engineering teams.

  14. Work closely with Meta’s product and engineering teams to define team needs, metrics, and key performance indicators.

  15. Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team with an emphasis on communication to project sponsors, stakeholders and project teams.

  16. Complete root cause analysis of different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, and identify priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering or related field and two years of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include two years of experience in the following:

    1. Delivering Tech programs or products from inception to delivery
    1. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
    1. Operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
    1. Communication experience and working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
    1. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
    1. Establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

Public Compensation:

$212,647/year to $226,600/year + bonus + equity + benefits
