Role: The IT Quality Assurance Technician provides financial services of superior quality and convenience through conducting functional and performance testing on the credit unions software. The position works across the organization to perform quality assurance services and support the day-to-day operations of the credit unions software.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Schedules and performs testing services, including but not limited to test script development, functional testing services, performance testing services, and results reporting.
• Coordinates with multiple credit union departments, IT staff, and subject matter experts to perform and support testing activities.
• Identifies and makes recommendations to improve the department\'s operating methods on test plan development/execution and usage of software quality assurance tools and best practices.
• Maintains clear channels of communication with supervisor and other staff to facilitate efficient working environment.
• Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, and promotions.
• Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job-related duties as assigned.
