Your main responsibilities will be:

• Parts and assembly modeling in 3D-CAD software, including the concept

• 2D documentation

• Verify parts and drawings meet the design requirements and production process capability

• Write Engineering Change Notices to track and communicate changes, BOM creation

• Stack up / collision analysis, GD&T, cooperation with analytical engineering

• DFMEA, Risk analysis participation

• Qualification of new suppliers and new parts, communication with suppliers

• Concept and prototype build coordination, incl. material management of main components for samples build

• Component testing and verification

• Observance of environmental rules, implementing environmental program in own activities

• Prevention of emergency situations and potential threats to the environment

• Design processes improvements

Our ideal candidate:

• Master Degree in mechanical engineering

• Experience in technical position in industrial environment is an advantage

• Professional knowledge of 3D CAD, FEA knowledge

• Good understanding of mechanical designs and BOM structure

• English & Czech language – B2

• MS Office daily user (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Knowledge of refrigeration technology and components as advantage

• Lean design and problem solving practice

• Production technology knowledge
