The Role: The Implementation Specialist will play a pivotal role in the set-up of CPI\'s subscription-based training projects. This position will focus on project management and customer support, with the purpose of this role setting up and beginning the operationalization of training with customers ranging from individual schools to large super-districts, and educational service organizations.. What You Get To Do Everyday: Act as primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation of subscription-based training programs. Collect and manage logistics and contact information. Communicate and follow up with customers regarding required or recommended training and provide them with access to program materials. Conduct implementation meetings and demos of program resources. Complete data entry and report generation. Serve as the liaison between Sales team, Training team, and customer. Assist with data collection and analytics. Perform other position-related duties as assigned. You Need to Have: Associate\'s degree or equivalent work experience Experience working in implementation, project management or a similar role Experience working with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software Experience working with Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Strong professional communication and presentation skills Innovative thinking and problem-solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability...
