JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Category:ITSchedule:Full timeJob Description: PURPOSE AND SCOPE The CRM Platform Manager is responsible for managing and continually improving the company Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Pardot, on a global basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Salesforce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Pardot. Ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce platforms. Implement best practices for customization, configuration, and integration to meet business requirements. Incident Support and Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for incident management related to Salesforce platforms. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner. Implement preventive measures to minimize the occurrence of incidents and optimize platform stability. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators responsible for Salesforce platform maintenance and support. Provide guidance on technical issues, best practices, and professional development. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement. Bolt-On Application Support: Manage and support third-party applications integrated with Salesforce, particularly those used by the sales and distribution teams. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address issues, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless functionality. **Salesforce Configuration and Administration:** Utilize strong Salesforce administration and configuration skills to customize and optimize platform functionality. Deep understanding of Quote-to-Order processes, CPQ (Configure Price Quote), and Field Service processes. Implement and maintain workflows, automation, and reporting to streamline business processes and drive efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification required; additional certifications on salesforce platform are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and support, preferably in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of Quote-to-Order processes, CPQ (Configure Price Quote), and Field Service processes.
