You will work closely with business and HR partners to understand business and HR priorities and align the training content to meet those needs. You will help to ensure the right training is delivered in the right way, and act as owner and subject matter expert for our learning systems and process. By maintaining and optimizing the learning systems, you will contribute to the continuous learning and professional growth of employees, ultimately driving organizational success. Responsibilities: + Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR partners and business partners to understand their needs and requirements for training and learning systems. + Create basic training content for frontline manufacturing teams. + Act as owner and subject matter expert for our Learning Management Systems (LMS). + Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to LMS users. Address user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. + Perform maintenance tasks such as software updates, bug fixes, and system configurations to keep the LMS running smoothly. + Assess the LMS to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Implement best practices to enhance user experience and increase system efficiency. + Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on how to use the LMS effectively. Create documentation and user guides to facilitate self-service support. + Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the LMS with other systems and tools, such as HRIS and content authoring tools. + Generate reports and analyze data related to LMS usage, course completion rates, and learner engagement. Use insights to inform decision-making and improve learning outcomes. + Leverage translation services as needed to support multiple languages, working with partners to identify need & conduct quality reviews. + Build, update, and maintain internal SharePoint sites that support HR teams and content. Develop training materials and conduct training for users. + Play a key role in implementing new features, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to users. Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in a related field. + Years of related experience: 0-3 years (recent college grads welcome) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. + Work with different audiences and devices. Ability to scale learning courses. + Able to effectively balance multiple projects. + Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Natural curiosity, willing to explore within the system capabilities, staying in-tune to emerging technology. + Willingness to learn administering and supporting Learning Management Systems. + Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in databases, SharePoint and other Microsoft tools.
