Sales Executive, Projects & Specifications

Work Mode: Remote

Location: Remote - US North Central Region

Opportunity

Responsible for achieving annual market share and sales objectives in the Project segment for assigned MSA.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Implement a sales strategy that allows Kohler Co. to achieve corporate objectives in assigned MSA in the Project market.

  • Responsible for increasing the sale of Kohler Co. plumbing products in the hotel, hi-rise residential, office, stadium / arenas, and commercial market.

  • Identify and develop meaningful business relationships with influential general contractors, mechanical contractors, and local distribution involved in the Project market.

  • Clearly articulate the product and price requirements necessary to profitably grow the Project market in assigned MSA.

  • Identify and communicate business critical priorities to Sales Manager and Director including competitive threats, product gaps, and new business growth opportunities.

  • Be the primary owner for local trade and industry organizations that impact the Project market.

  • Collaborate with affiliated Vertical Sales Executives and Zone Sales Executives to achieve annual Market Development Plan targets and to optimize the position of Kohler Co. across all vertical channels.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports.

Skills/Requirements

  • Four-year degree required – Master’s Degree or advanced professional accreditation preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience required.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950 plus a competitive half-yearly sales incentive bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position may be eligible for an Area Salary Differential based on the location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vison, 401k, and pension with eligibility to participate in the car program.
