Job Title:Accounts Receivable Associate II

Job Location:Mission, KS

Job Summary:The Accounts Receivable Associate II ensures accurate customer data and resolution of aged receivables, in accordance with company policies.

Reporting Relationship:Manager, Revenue Accounting

Schedule:Generally, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of The Role:

• Maintains accurate customer records/data
• Collection activities
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on all collection activities
• Establish positive business relationship with customers
• Customer statements and collection letters
• Handle incoming calls
• Backup for Accounts Receivable Associate responsible for credit card processing and post cash receipts
• Other duties/projects as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required
• 4+ Years in accounts receivable experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Receivables
• Working knowledge of Siebel

Working Conditions:This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
