Description

Global Manufacturer located in Monmouth County has immediate opening for a Staff Accountant to join team. The Accountant will report directly to the Controller and be responsible for the following:

• Create monthly account analyses/reconciliations to verify various General Ledger account balances.

• Assists with control of all company fixed Assets and depreciation entries.

• Reconciliation of bank accounts

• Assists with internal and external audits.

• Reviews and approves expense reports and in conjunction with HR (new users)

• Distributes monthly departmental expense vs. budget reports and assists recipients in understanding the data and providing additional details as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the role of a Staff Accountant, preferably within the Aerospace industry.

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Solid experience with Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger.

• Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries.

• Experience in Month End Close procedures.

• Proficient in using financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
