As part of one of Intuit's Big Bets, you'll have the opportunity to work on a fast-paced, high-priority new “business class” offering that solves the complexities faced by Mid-Market customers.

In this leadership role, you'll work with an incredible team of go-getters, passionate self-driven individuals who share a common goal of creating revolutionary experiences for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to further develop your service design skills ensuring a seamless connection between hand-held service to our amazing product. Step one will be to revolutionize our Information Architecture in our new “business class” product suite.

We're seeking a bold and strategic thinker with a strong interaction design background to help us bring our AI-based solutions to the forefront of the industry. You'll love building relationships throughout our ecosystem of partners and learning to scale influence from senior leaders to code.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or a related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or another relevant field; Master’s preferred

  • Deep knowledge of design principles and methods

  • Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results

  • Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator

  • Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner

  • Expertise in conveying ideas and concepts through storyboarding, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping

  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, and skilled in creating 'lo-fi' prototypes to share with users in a fast, iterative manner

  • A dazzling online portfolio

  • Bonus: Service Design experience

How you will lead

  • Staying deeply engaged with our customers' needs, shedding light on complex and hidden challenges

  • Bringing the comprehensive customer solution to life by seamlessly integrating human experiences with an exceptional product

  • Collaborating effectively with visual, service and content designers to create a comprehensive experience

  • Using quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights that guide design choices and understand user behavior

  • Influencing others through strategic storytelling, building strong partnerships, and fostering relationships by collaborating with various teams

  • Working closely with product managers and engineers to innovate, execute, and deliver designs
