Job Title: Sales Specialist, CSS Learning Solutions (WEST - Enterprise Account)

Locations: Mumbai

Essential Skills & Work Experience:

  • Exposure to business in India region.

  • Preferably Post Graduate with Marketing / Business management, 8+ years of experience in sales of complex Enterprise Technology products, Cloud or Education sales.

  • Demonstrated success with large accounts, large transactions, and lengthy sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.

  • Established expertise in generating leads and CXO-level connects.

  • Business level fluency in English language; Regional language will be an advantage.

What you’ll do:

  • Enabling customers to adopt Oracle Cloud solutions by providing them with professional training and certifications on Oracle.

  • Working with customers on their learning journey to accelerate the adoption and consumption of Oracle Cloud Technologies by providing curated learning solutions.

  • Working with Top Universities and Colleges in the region to promote Oracle Cloud Learning and Certification and assist students in being Future technology-ready.

  • Trusted Consultant- Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage them to drive strategy through the organization.

  • Sales Strategies- Develop effective and specific account plans for accounts to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth

  • Pipeline planning- Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep the pipeline current and move up the pipeline curve

  • Customer insights- Actively understand each customer's Oracle Cloud/ SaaS footprint, strategic growth plans, and Cloud/ SaaS strategy landscape.

  • Leverage Oracle solutions - Be proficient in Oracle Technology solutions and should be able to make use of cross-LOB engagements to ensure Oracle customers get the best of solutions and service.

  • Work closely with the Operations/delivery team and ensure delivery of the programs on time and effectively.
