About you and this role:

As a part of EMEAI HR Solutions organization, Dow offers an exciting role for a Team Leader for Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management and Learning (TM&L) inMumbai. You will have direct leadership of team members that support TA and TM&L operations in four geographies – Europe/Middle East/Africa/India, North America, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. The TA/TM&L Team Leader will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class employee experience through exceptional service delivery and deep subject matter expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Experience Leader to enhance recruitment and talent marketing, improving candidate experience and Dow’s brand.

  • Partner with the Global Experience Leader to advance organizational development and talent management, enriching employee and leadership development.

  • Lead the MGHRS team members for TA/TM&L, fostering team development, personal growth, skill enhancement and career progression.

  • Optimize and implement talent acquisition strategies, aligning with business goals and labor market trends.

  • Drive Talent and Learning solutions, maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and improve service delivery based on performance metrics and feedback, ensuring top-notch EX and Candidate Experience (CX).

  • Manage resources, budgeting, and planning effectively for TA and T&L priorities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Related field.

  • Multiple years of experience in managing global service delivery

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HR

  • Business proficiency in English with proven experience as a people manager.

  • Significant experience in providing services to regions beyond APAC is required, NA and/or EMEA support experience is preferred.

  • Strategic and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Excellent consultation, influence, and coaching abilities.

  • Leadership of diverse teams, promoting inclusivity and teamwork.

  • Results-driven with a strong action orientation.

  • Capacity to manage high workloads and prioritize effectively.

  • Competence in global networking and strategic planning.

  • Decisive action-taking with a strategic mindset.

  • Commitment to collaborative problem-solving and resolution.

  • Have a strategic and analytical mindset combined with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience and familiarity with use of technology such as Workday or similar HRMS, Talent Marketplaces.

  • Oral and written communication with ability to present and communicate effectively at all employee levels.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management (including external vendors and consultants) are critical.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, research and data analysis skills.

  • Relocation within India is supported for this role
