Responsibilities :

Your role includes implementing Scrum methodologies, collaborating with the Product Owner for timely feature delivery, and proactively managing cross-scrum team interactions. In addition, as part of the responsibilities, you will have to perform systems analysis, vendor and employee data analysis, and technology project management.

Requirements :

• 5+ years in IT software analysis or project management

• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or Computer Science - advantage

• Scrum Master Certification

• Proficiency in Jira.

• Experience with .NET development/Java - Advantage

• Experience with Scada / MES solutions - Advantage

• Fluent in English

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and capability of bridging highly technical teams with management and support teams.
