Murphy Family Ventures Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Assistant in Nevada, Missouri

SUMMARY: Provides day-to-day support to the Murphy Family Ventures Human Resources Department in Missouri. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as front office coordinator by greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, distributing and receiving applications, as well as handling incoming mail distribution. Reviews applications to ensure that all information is correctly and completely filled out. Assists with the new hire process by coordinating dates and times for sign-ups, drug testing, and physical appointments. Completes and files all Human Resource documentation in a timely manner. Conducts interviews to identify viable candidates on an as needed basis. Assists with the implementation of policies and procedures to include benefits, payroll, and compensation. Provides administrative support for the Training and Development Department to include coordination of all training materials for Murphy Family Ventures and certificate distribution. When necessary, translating documents from English to Spanish or Spanish to English and acting as an interpreter. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
