Job Responsibilties:

• Coordinate and support a variety of training and development programs such as the manufacturing co-op program, and internal/external training classes ( E-learning, instuctor-led, programs )

• Manage the department SharePoint page

• Develop, create, and lead group activities and workshops within the manufacturing co-op program

• Perform administrative and related duties to support the training and development team for manufacturing and the Mfg. Training Center.

• Story board, capture, edit, and develop internal videos

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be pursuing a 2 or 4 yr. degree in Business, Organizational Development, or Graphic Design

• Prefer candidate to have experience working within Microsoft Office

• Must have own reliable means of transportation
