About the team

This role is a part of our Remote Infrastructure Management Team. Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.

What you will be doing

  • Expertise on any Infrastructure Domain ( Systems/ Virtualization / Backup/ DB / Storage )
  • Good understanding of Agile Methodologies, Monitoring Tools like SCAPM ,OEM, Splunk etc
  • Experience in ITSM tools like Service Now, BMC, CA etc
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with Clients
  • Proficient in PowerShell & Bash, Knowledge on Perl & Python added advantage.
  • Knowledge on working Code Management like Git, GitOps, Bit Bucket
  • Basic working knowledge on Infrastructure as a Code like Terraform, ARM (Azure Resource Manager), Cloud formation
  • Knowledge on Integration Tools like Jenkins
  • Knowledge on API(SOAP\REST)
  • Good understand of fundamentals and exposure to configuration & Infrastructure management tools like Ansible (Preferred), Puppet, Chef & Resolve.
  • Good understanding in HTML\Java Scripts or any languages that helps for Web page developments is an added advantage

Role responsibilities

1. Deploy and Manage Automation Release to PROD

2. Maintain the CI/CD Pipeline

3. Automation fixes and enhancement

4. Support Automation related issue

5. Data Analytics & Reporting for Automation

What you bring:

* Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
* Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML), use cases, etc.
* Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
* Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
* Excellent problem-solving, team and time management skills
* Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
